The Eloquii neoprene pencil skirt is a classic, but this print is new to me and I love it! If you’re in a colder climate, this is a situation where I’m going to recommend sheer pantyhose rather than tights. I spent several minutes trying to visualize various colors of tights with this, and I’m truly befuddled. Maybe navy, if you can find the right shade? I would wear this with a navy top or perhaps a white top with a gray blazer.
