If you’re a problem-solver with a passion for helping others, join our team as a customer service representative.  Supporting and building trust with our customers, you’ll service their unique needs while also offering available products. We’ve got you covered on the training – which will provide you with a solid base of insurance knowledge, so you’ll feel confident serving our customers.  You’ll also benefit from a collaborative environment, along with ongoing coaching and development.

Starting your role from the comfort of your home, you’ll be provided office equipment and virtual training. However, as circumstances change, such as the situation with COVID-19, you may be required to work full-time in our office location.

Must-have qualifications

  • One or more years of college education or relevant work experience or educational experience must include:
    • Customer service
    • Fast paced and changing environment
    • Multitasking
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Computer skills

Pay Rate: $17.40 – $19.40 per hour, plus:  

  • An additional 10-15% when you work evening or weekend hours         
  • Performance-based rewards

Class Start Date: Monday, October 12, 2020

Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:45pm
Work Schedules

Tue, Wed, Thr, Fri, Sat   12:30p – 9:30p
Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat    8:00a – 5:00p
Mon, Wed, Thr, Fri, Sat   11:00a – 8:00p

Work from Home Jobs
Work from home office details
  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
  • Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed of 1mbps down and 0.5mbps up
  • Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the modem or router by a cable (no wireless connection)
  • All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector
